Dionne Winter, Global Talent Sourcing CoE Lead at BP
"Hajnalka is an action-orientated and talented recruiter and sourcer. In her time at BP, she achieved great results and really helped us to identify and engage excellent talent against some of our most critical needs. She does this with a real one-team spirit and I found I could rely on her to get the job done and to do it well. She prides herself on providing a great candidate experience and I valued her approach to this immensely. I have no hesitation in recommending her and I'd love to see her re-join the team at some point in the future. Thanks for everything you did for us, stay in touch and I know our paths will cross again."
Alejandro Caimi, Manager Cloud Operations at Philip Morris International

Mohammad-Furqan Kewal, Talent Sourcer at BP
"It would be an understatement to call Hana ‘just a recruiter’ she is much more than that both as a professional and as human. From a technical standpoint, I had the chance to work up close with Hana on a number of projects across out IT functions where she led and managed our Software & Platform portfolio, working across varying grades and locations, whilst focusing on talent pipelining, engagement and presenting to her stakeholders; on the other side she was involved in targeting mathematical and tech talent in the Banking and FS industry as she was responsible for a number of sourcing and search campaigns for our Trading/Front office business in London, Chicago and Singapore.
She was also crucial to our new TRM/ BP Talent Community Platform, she was at the front-end of testing and usability, Hana supported the roll-out and training to non-users across the Talent Acquisition community. She has also created and presented 'How to' guides and Talent Sourcing material/methodology to the Talent Acquisition populace across ASPAC, EMEA, and Americas. We as a company are making tremendous strides within digital innovation and diversity & inclusion, in a short time Hana impacted all this and more.
If it wasn’t for the current pandemic, I wouldn’t be writing this as she would be firmly with BP and building upon her talent and knowledge. I wouldn’t think twice about bringing her back to BP."
